Hanging shot blasting machine

Principle:

The workpieces to be shot blasted are directly hung on the hook or hanger of the shot blasting machine and manually brought to the traction system at the front of the shot blasting chamber, and the hook automatically enters the shot blasting chamber.

After the hook enters the shot blasting chamber, the door of the shot blasting chamber shall be closed manually or pneumatically and electrically interlocked to prevent others from opening the door of the shot blasting chamber by mistake when the workpiece is shot blasting in the shot blasting chamber.

When the hook enters into the shot blasting chamber, it moves back and forth and rotates at the set position, so that the workpiece can be fully shot and the dead angle of shot can be reduced.

Two hooks and one hook are shot in the shot blasting room, and the other hook can handle the workpiece.

Scope of application:

Surface cleaning, polishing and strengthening of aluminum alloy die casting, zinc alloy die casting, copper casting, stainless steel precision casting, cast iron, motorcycle frame and steel products.
