The polysilicon edge leather material cleaned by our machine can reach According to the required purity standard, the principle is: use silicon carbide as sandblasting medium, use compressed air as power, accelerate silicon carbide particles to over 100 m / s by sandblasting gun, high-speed silicon carbide particles strike the surface of silicon material strongly, the impurity layer on silicon surface falls off, the dust and impurities produced and the silicon carbide particles ejected are separated by high-pressure cyclone separator after mixing. The qualified silicon carbide particles, dust impurities and silicon carbide powder are sucked into the high-efficiency precision dust remover for filtration, and the filtered clean air is discharged into the atmosphere.

    I. box body: the main body of the sandblasting machine is welded with steel plate and lined with wear-resistant rubber. An observation window is opened on the door of the box body to monitor the sand blasting. There is a winding groove under the box body to install the screw conveyor for sand recovery. There is a sand return pipe in the middle of the screw conveyor. The sand falling during the sand blasting process and the dust generated are separated by the suction separator through the pipe.

    II. Lighting: the main machine is equipped with two sets of LED lighting. In order to prevent the sand from damaging the lighting, the lighting is installed on the top of the machine, which is irradiated into the box through toughened glass. There is an independent switch to control lighting, which can be turned off when normal operation does not need monitoring.

    12 sandblasting guns are respectively installed on three swing shafts. The swing position, direction, amplitude, frequency and pressure of the gun can be adjusted respectively. The swing part adopts eccentric wheel to adjust the swing amplitude. The gun frame is used to adjust the position and direction of the gun. The swing frequency is completed by the frequency converter. The sandblasting pressure is adjusted by the pressure reducing valve installed on the main engine panel and the pressure gauge. The connection part of the swing rod Joint bearing is used, boron carbide material is used as nozzle of sandblasting gun, and wear-resistant sand pipe is used as sandblasting pipe.

    4. Sealing and dustproof: in order to prevent the dust from spreading in the workshop, the machine adopts multiple measures. 1. The conveyor belt in the sandblasting room is sealed with curtain and rubber plate. The front and rear doors of the sandblasting room are sealed with car special sealing strip, and compressed with two pressure handles. The sand pipe enters the opening position of the sandblasting room, and the sealing rubber in the sandblasting room is used. The rubber plate tightly seals the sand pipe, and the rubber plate is also used to strengthen the sealing outside. A rubber curtain is installed at the inlet and outlet of both ends of the sandblasting machine, and an air suction pipe is installed inside the curtain to connect with the separator. The dust trying to overflow is sucked into the separator by the pipe, so as to ensure that there is no dust overflow at the inlet and outlet.

    Vi. electrical control: Mitsubishi PLC is used as the control unit, and the Weilun touch screen is installed in the cantilever control box. All functions are controlled by PLC, with perfect protection and convenient operation. It can be controlled automatically and operated independently.
