The number of sandblasting guns participating in the work can also be adjusted independently. The working pressure of each sandblasting gun can also be adjusted independently. The working pressure can be displayed on the machine panel intuitively. Six air blowing guns are arranged in the sandblasting room. When the sandblasting time is over, six air blowing guns will start to blow automatically, and the residual dust on the silicon ingot will be blown off automatically. technological process:

1. Place the silicon ingot on the turntable of the automatic trolley with a crane or forklift;

2. The silicon ingot trolley is driven by the motor into the sandblasting chamber of the sandblasting machine;

3. The silicon ingot rotary table is driven by the reduction motor, and the workpiece is driven by the triangle belt to rotate with the rotary table;

4. When the workpiece enters the sandblasting chamber, the door of the sandblasting chamber will be closed automatically. The spray gun in the sandblasting chamber will swing up and down under the drive of the swing motor to conduct swing sandblasting on the upper surface and side surface of the workpiece. There are 8 spray guns on the upper surface and 10 spray guns on the side. After reaching the set sandblasting time, the sandblasting stops, the air blowing gun starts to work, the rotary table stops after the air blowing, and the silicon ingot trolley automatically leaves the sandblasting room.

5. After processing, the workpiece can also be cleaned by manual blowing gun;

6. After blowing, the trolley turntable exits and takes down the workpiece.

Electric control system: the electric control box is set on the top left of the main engine to control the operation in a centralized way; it is equipped with a general emergency stop switch, which is a standard red button that is eye-catching; it is equipped with automatic and manual transfer switches, which can realize the independent operation of each action. The adjustment knobs of each frequency converter are installed on the panel of the electric control box for convenient operation. The processing area inside the engine room is equipped with lighting.

Dedusting system: the dedusting box adopts pulse filter cartridge deduster, and is equipped with 6 back blowing pulse solenoid valves to clean the dust intermittently. Sand and dust are not easy to leak. The fan outlet is equipped with muffler, and the noise can be controlled within 85 dB. The tail gas emission shall meet the national regulations.
